Founded in 2022 by Patrick Coll, Collstone Projects was created with a clear mission: to provide a seamless, start-to-finish renovation service for homeowners and property owners across the South West.
With a specialism in heritage properties, listed buildings, and luxury homes, Collstone blends traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation. From the heart of Somerset, we proudly serve Bath, Wiltshire, Glastonbury, and The Cotswolds, bringing local expertise and a personal touch to every project.
We are not a large building firm. We are a carefully assembled team of specialists — project managers, craftspeople, conservation experts and designers — who collaborate closely on every commission. This allows us to maintain exacting standards and deliver a level of service befitting the properties and people we work with.
