The Build Process

  • Our journey begins what an initial consultation at your property, where we’ll discuss your Vision, needs and objectives. We create a base plan and outline the scope of work. A room by room assessment helps us agree on ideal solutions for each space. A comprehensive budget is then discussed informed by meetings with suppliers and any additional services.

  • Our design team will bring your vision to life with stunning visuals, showcasing the proposed design for specific areas or the entire project. this allows you to see the finished rooms before work commences, ensuring you know what to expect and will be entirely happy with the outcome.

  • With a room by room plan and budget agreed, we’ll finalise the project management agreement and JCT contract. Follow up meetings will take place with our extended team to confirm schedule, payments, permissions, structural engineers and building control requirements.

  • A dedicated team with site management expertise will be assigned to your project, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for start to finish.

  • If additional works are required outside the initial scope of the we’ll put a variation agreement in place, revise the budget and update the works schedule to accommodate changes.
