Our Services

Made by hand. Made to last.

There are things that mass production cannot replicate: the precise fit of a hand-planed drawer, the depth of a hand-rubbed paint finish, the quiet confidence of a staircase that has been made to last. Our craftsmanship service exists for clients who understand the difference and are unwilling to accept anything less. Working from detailed drawings developed in close consultation, our joiners produce bespoke furniture, cabinetry, panelling, and architectural joinery conceived for the specific space, calibrated to the proportions of the room, and finished with materials selected for their longevity and beauty. No catalogue. No compromises.

Our Approach

Made by hand. Made to last.

Our joinery process begins with a conversation about how you live in your spaces, what you need them to do, and what you want them to say. From that foundation we develop detailed drawings — often in close collaboration with your interior designer or architect — refining proportions, profiles, and material selections through sample boards and workshop visits before a single piece of timber is cut. All work is produced in our Somerset workshop by joiners who have honed their craft over decades. Every piece is designed, made, and installed by the same small team, ensuring absolute continuity of quality and intent.

How We Work

The craftsmanship process

1

Design Consultation

An in-depth conversation about the space, your brief, and your aesthetic preferences, drawing on our portfolio of completed commissions for reference and inspiration.

2

Detailed Design

Scaled drawings, material samples, and finish specifications developed collaboratively until every proportion and detail is exactly right.

3

Workshop Production

All joinery is made by hand in our Somerset workshop using sustainably sourced hardwoods and traditional construction methods, with regular progress updates throughout.

4

Site Preparation

Careful measurement and preparation of the installation environment, including any structural or decorative work required before joinery is fitted.

5

Installation

Precise fitting and adjustment by the same joiners who made the pieces, with particular attention to fit, finish, and the integration of hardware.

6

Finishing & Handover

Hand-applied paint finishes, oils, or specialist lacquers are completed on site, followed by a thorough inspection and client walkthrough.
